Just got the updated contract/rates overnight for ZeroHero in Victoria, major reduction in value.
Costs up about 15%:
Daily rate 1.26 >> 1.397
Peak use 0.399>>0.429
Shoulder use 0.29>>0.33
Super export 0.15:>>0.10
I’m relatively new to this, but have not seen the import amount to my battery get above 5kwh during the 11-2 window. The total grid draw will go above to appliances, but consistently the amount of solar+imports=usage+5kwh to the battery.
I was resigned to this until I had to trigger a manual import overnight due to low battery and I drew 10kwh+ and 9kwh+ went into the battery.
I have a single phase home, a 10kwh inverter and 40kw battery.
So, is GB capping speed in the 11-2 window. If not, why don’t I get that max speed?

I've been trying to get my battery to draw from the grid today - early in the morning (ran down overnight) and during the free 11-2 window. In the globird app I've tried using the forced charge option, and have it set to 'automatic' to trigger in the free window. Neither has let to big draw downs from the grid. I'll have an empty battery this evening.
Anyone else experiencing this today?
