Hello all,

I am trying to help a friend and possibly get her money back after her Visa was used to make multiple Google Play purchases by an unknown party.

Visa are washing their hands off of it and I was wondering if Google maybe has a policy?

I am attaching a screenshot of what she sees on her phone - she says it is a game or something?

Can anything be done about this? I'm not even sure this is the right place to post this, so any help would be much appreciated.

Just updating everyone that I just put in a request for an ACAT from my brokerage to SOFI. Received an email from the other brokerage detailing the request shortly thereafter.

Still wondering if it's a good idea, given the penalty in case of early ACAT out, especially the tax implications of it. But we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

A little confused by this, but why does a Zelle transfer that comes out of a Sofi checking account, not appear as a line item in Relay, in any way? The total amount spent completely ignores these transactions, and it skews my monthly spending picture significantly.

Is there any way to add Zelle transfers made directly from Sofi to Relay?

Are there other such activities that Relay ignores and I may not be aware?
