Teacher Recs

As applications get closer, I’m starting to panic because I’m struggling to figure out who to ask for recommendations.
I know it’s best to ask 11th grade core teachers, but that’s kind of an issue for me. My AP Bio teacher got fired halfway through the year and the replacement barely knew me, plus I didn’t do well in that class. My AP Lang teacher left the district, so I don’t know if I can even reach her. I did well in AP Gov and AP Macro, but I don’t think either teacher knew me well enough. My AP Stats teacher and I got along great, but I wasn’t the best student in that class since I suck at math, same with precal.
My other options are mostly non core teachers. My band director has hundreds of students, my French teacher was online, and my media teacher has had me since 9th grade and knows me really well.
Since I’m planning to study social science, I want the strongest recommendations possible. Would it be okay to use a 10th grade teacher who knows me well instead of forcing an 11th grade teacher who barely knows me? Sorry for the rant, I’m just worried I won’t be able to find the right people.

Should I even apply

I see the post on this subreddit and the stats of other people are way better than mine. My gpa sucks some of it is my fault though I was dealing with personal stuff and other is due to instability at my school. My act is a 26 and I can’t retake it until September and I’m worried I won’t get my test scores back in time. I do have great ecs and my grades were okay up until this year, due to instability at my school. I have great extracurriculars and I’ve taken 8 aps so far and plan to take 4 more my senior year.
