When Caine breaks into the “CA_HumanConstructs (Obsolete)” file, you see Scratch spawn in on the stage. The file being called this and Scratch appearing pretty heavily implies this is the Abstractions folder and Caine is bringing them back from that state. But that’s not what happens, once we go back to the circus, neither Scratch nor any other abstracted person is there.

So was there a mistake made and the scene of Scratch spawning in put in the wrong spot? If that’s the case, why was the folder containing all non-abstracted humans called “(Obsolete)”? How does the moon say “I love you” if she isn’t programmed that way? And why is abstraction forever? Surly there is a way to pull them out of that state, Caine cured Pomni of her corruption, why can’t he do that to the others?
