I just got my Ai Paper Mini less than 2-3 weeks ago and I love this thing, I have really been enjoying it. My heart sank when I saw the screen like this when I pulled out of my bag.

It still works (I can press things) but the screen is frozen in a big spots. I’ve been taking good care of it and keep it in the case and making sure it lays flat. I’ve tried to restart it but it still stays frozen. What do I do?

I picked up this Cross ballpoint pen at a stoop sale for a few bucks. It was in this slightly dinged up old case and reminds me of some fancy pens I saw on people’s desk as a kid, so I picked it up.

Does anyone know more about this manufacturer and this specific pen?
