[HIRING] HR Generalist - Talent & Operations
Role Overview
As an HR Generalist - Talent & Operations professional, you will play a key role in supporting hiring, onboarding, people operations, and internal coordination across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, can manage multiple priorities efficiently, and has strong communication and coordination skills. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help build smooth operational processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and operational documentation
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, webinars, and internal activities
- Vendor Management - Manage communication with vendors for company merchandise, events, and operational requirements
- Own operational coordination across internal teams by maintaining trackers, following up on pending tasks, streamlining workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution
- Support HR administration, reporting, and general people operations initiatives
Mandatory Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or people operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Comfortable working in a remote startup environment
- Willingness to work during US working hours
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools
- Strong follow-up culture and stakeholder coordination skills
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for technical or operational roles
- Exposure to startup environments or fast-growing teams
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR tools
- Experience organizing webinars, meetups, or company events
- Understanding of basic HR compliance and operational processes
- Previous vendor management experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month based on experience
