Role Overview
As an HR Generalist - Talent & Operations professional, you will play a key role in supporting hiring, onboarding, people operations, and internal coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, webinars, and internal activities
  • Vendor Management - Manage communication with vendors for company merchandise, events, and operational requirements
  • Own operational coordination across internal teams by maintaining trackers, following up on pending tasks, streamlining workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution
  • Support HR administration, reporting, and general people operations initiatives

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or people operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote startup environment
  • Willingness to work during US working hours
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools
  • Strong follow-up culture and stakeholder coordination skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for technical or operational roles
  • Exposure to startup environments or fast-growing teams
