Can anyone recommend a party planner or company that assists in organises hen parties abroad please? We need a big space as it’s a party of 16+ people and we also need some sort of itinerary as nobody wants to be bored on a hen do.
Is it meant to be very hard? There are other factors making it harder but we are struggling to work as a team.

XL canker on inside of top lip. I know it’s due to stress and vitamin deficiency. I have three small kids and often neglect myself as a result of taking care of them. I have a history of getting these but never this big. I’ve seen other posts about packing salt or baking soda in the sore to clean it and numb it but is that advised? It’s making me miserable, and the pain is constant 💔
