Finally after just over a year and a half. Made it to the holy grail lol. 7.5mg currently. Type 2 Diabetic.

Finally decided to lose weight and sort out my health. Type 2 diabetic. Couldn’t believe I left myself get so big. Changed my eating habits and also started exercising regularly. Greatly improved my mental health and my relationship with family and friends. Also went fully bald lol
