Intense dryness

Around 2 years ago I got BV for the first time. Boyfriend was new at the time and his ex reached out to let him know she had Mycoplasma & Ureaplasma. We both tested, he was negative for everything & I was positive for Ureaplasma & Mycoplasma.
The treatment cleared my symptoms but since he wasn’t treated I continued to have yeast & Bv the next 2 years. I am being treated for Ureaplasma right now and so is he. I am negative for Mycoplasma thankfully.

Okay here’s where I’m having issues: I have EXTREME dryness and some burning/redness. My actual vaginal walls feel loose too. No discharge anymore. I can’t have sex because of how dry I am. I got off hormonal Bc a few months ago because I was worried that was the issue, but being off hasn’t improved my condition.
I also can’t feel my clit and vaginal walls over the burning. I hadn’t realized that was what was causing the numbness but I’m pretty sure it is.

When I was on antibiotics for BV last month I felt almost normal again. I could self lubricate and the looseness I was having went away. Unfortunately my symptoms came back after I finished my round of antibiotics.

Hormones have been tested and they’re all normal.
I am at my wits end. I have spent thousands trying to find a solution. Have been to multiple obgyns but none of them have a solution. Both OBGYNS have said my pelvic floor feels normal. My boyfriend thinks I don’t desire him and this is causing serious issues in our relationship. I’m in constant agony.
Has anyone dealt with extreme dryness? Would this be Ureaplasma related? Allergies? Could BV & Yeast cause this extreme dryness?

Dryness/low libido

Hello all, I (F 25) have been on low estrogen birth control Junel Fe(?) for 2 years now. I recently came off of it because of the side effects I have been having- low libido and intense painful dryness, which in turn has caused what I suspect may be atrophy.. All of this has been causing me mental health issues as well. It has been almost two months off now and I am still experiencing dryness and my libido isn’t back to normal. I am just incredibly dry still. I had talked to a nurse and she said to, “just use lube”, which doesn’t fix the dryness, just a symptom. I had never had any of these symptoms on past birth control, and I am feeling pretty freaked out.
Have any of you experienced this before? How long did it take for your body to feel normal again and did you do anything to help? Thanks!
