I hate it. Maybe I’m sick of customer service or maybe it’s because I’m not very car savvy but training is not sticking with me. We start taking live calls tomorrow but I genuinely feel like we haven’t learned anything that will realistically prepare us for the customer interactions. I might just be nervous because they want us to take calls with our coworkers listening in, and I would prefer to just do it own my own and check in with my manger if I need assistance.
