declined after a conditional offer?

Hi, I’m an international applicant for Bachelor of Health Science. I previously received a conditional offer and completed the conditions, but my application has now been changed to “Not Offered”, stating that I did not meet the entry requirements.
I’m a bit confused as I had already received a conditional offer and completed the listed conditions. Has anyone experienced this before? Does this usually mean the final faculty approval was unsuccessful?

Thanks for any insight!

How long did it take to receive your Offer of Place(international)

Hi everyone,
I’m an international applicant to AUT and I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.
I received a Conditional Offer several months ago.
I completed all of the required conditions about one month ago.
My conditions did not require graduation documents, but I uploaded my graduation certificate and degree certificate about a week ago anyway.
Those documents have now been marked with a tick under Admissions in the portal.
As far as I can tell, there are no outstanding conditions or missing documents.
However, I still haven’t received my formal Offer of Place.
I’ve sent a couple of follow-up emails, but I’ve only received automatic replies, so I’m not sure whether I should just keep waiting or try contacting someone else.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
How long did it take for your Offer of Place to be issued after you met all the conditions?
Is there anything else I should do, or is it just a matter of waiting?
Thanks!

How big is the Oral Health cohort at AUT each year?

Just curious — approximately how many students are usually in each Bachelor of Health Science (Oral Health) cohort at AUT?

I've seen different numbers online and was wondering if anyone currently studying (or who knows someone in the programme) has an idea of the approximate cohort size and how many are international students.

Not looking for exact numbers, just rough estimates :)

International applicant for AUT Oral Health 2027 — timeline question

Hi everyone,

I’m an international applicant for the AUT Bachelor of Health Science (Oral Health) programme and I’m wondering if anyone has experience with the application timeline for this programme.

My application entered “Faculty Review” on March 12, and it has now been around 9 weeks without any update yet. My agent followed up with the university by email earlier this week, but we haven’t received a reply so far.

For background, I’m currently a final-year dentistry (GPA 82/100) student in an Asian country and will graduate in July. I also included clinical experience (as an intern dentist) and a personal statement explaining my interest in prevention-focused oral health practice and patient education.

I know this is probably a competitive programme, but I’m mainly wondering:

· Is this timeline normal for AUT Oral Health?
· Do international applicants usually wait this long?
· Given my background, would my application be considered competitive for the programme?

Would really appreciate hearing about other people’s timelines or experiences. Thanks!
