Help! What is this and how do I treat it?

I keep on catching this (flap of neck skin) on videos and in the mirror. First noticed it around 6 months ago. Is there anything to treat this or is it an aging / surgically addressed thing? I microneedle and use tretinoin on my neck. Did HIFU too 6 weeks ago. Tried nothing else yet but looking for suggestions! 🙏

Any DMP mortgage success stories?

I’ve just started on a DMP and was hoping to hear some success stories as I’m feeling pretty depressed about my situation as a 31yo singleton. Ideally, I wanted to buy a house in the next 5-10 years. Has anyone on a DMP managed this? Or am I basically f*cked?
