so this fluorescent light in my school hallway is flickering and the bulb is dim and the other ones are fine but one of them is flickering and the bulb on this fixture is dimmer then the other one and since it uses magnetic ballast how do I change a ballast on this dang thing to F32T8 Electronic programmed start ballast
So my mom accidentally broke my Lamp and I turned the switch on and nothing happened until I touched the shade and the bulb came on how to fix it
