Does anyone know the connection between Pioneer community, PG&E and Sunrun?

I solar provider is Sunrun, electricity companies, PG&E. We produce some surplus energy.

Never really heard anything about Pioneer community energy - but somehow just received a check from them for extra energy added into the grid.

Does anyone know what the connection is?
