My grandma is 77 years old and has some mobility issues. She can walk and doesn’t need a wheelchair, but she can’t go very far on foot, so the idea is to take taxis to get from one part of the city to another. What would be the best option?

A few years ago, I was scammed by a taxi driver who tried to overcharge me and somehow tricked me into handing him a larger bill when giving me change. I still don’t really know what happened, but since then I haven’t trusted taxis very much. What would be the safest and most reliable option to avoid situations like that?
