I rushed through some of the pre-screen questions and selected the wrong answer to one of the disqualifying questions. My application got immediately rejected, even though I’ve never been convicted of any crimes.
I realize this job, and honestly any job, should be taken seriously and that I need to pay closer attention to the questions being asked. I was applying to a lot of jobs after just getting off active duty, and I made a careless mistake.
Has anyone else dealt with this before? Should I just reapply next month, or is there a way to contact someone and correct the answer?
