24:7 non stop!!! Is this a sign of Als? I’m terrified

I have muscle twitching on my leg for 2 weeks and just got blood test 1507 for cpk. Am I dying? Is this als? Please help please

I’m literally in panic, these fasciculation don’t stop for the last two weeks I’ve been to 3 neurologists but they didn’t see it on the test but now I see it.. can’t stop feeling it and the twitching in the foot don’t stop

I’m suffering with constant twitching and cramping on both of my legs pretty much, the muscles twitching and always feel so tight. Also sometimes my throat feels thick and the egg doctor didn’t see anything for few meeting now (the throat is come and go throuot the day)

I’m performing in life but it’s really hurting me , I’ve been at 2 different neurologicts they told me I’m fine and I don’t need to do emg, one of them said that if it continues for a month we will consider it but he doesn’t seem any sign of this

I can’t live like this

I have twitching for a week now, in many parts of my body.
Both of my calves are feeling super heavy stretched with cramps . Last night I had painful cramps I could barely sleep.
I’ve been to neurologic twice with all the reflexes checks and things and they didn’t want to do emg cause they said there’s no need.
I can’t stop thinking about it, also every few hours of the day my throat getting thin and it’s kinda hard to breath, I can breath but still. Nothing helps to stop the twitching, and they are in different leg every time .
Also tingling and my foot is like getting numb or “asleep” , I can walk and stuff but also have the feelings . But my calves both of them are twitching and cramp full and stretchfull me can’t stop twitching and tingling.
Both doctors said I’m okay and no need emg but I can’t let it go. I’m 32, usually healthy
