Bike stolen from outside Toronto reference library
As the title suggests, yesterday afternoon I lost my beloved bike.
I was inside for like 30 mins and the people at the security desk were intent on being useless. I can’t report it as stolen because it’s a franken-bike made of bits and parts I got from a friend years ago. I didn’t have a serial number and if I did I covered it in paint months ago so that’s great.
It was a hunk of trash. Bad tires bad breaks really thin frame spray painted badly, I always joked about how it’s not worth stealing because it’s so ugly lol. But it was a great bike… light and fast. Had good memories with her
Posting this here in case by the grace of god, I can
find “El Crapola” - painted on the bike - once again.
Anyone ever have any luck recovering lost bikes? I checked the surrounding area and asked bystanders with no prevail :(
