What does a final academic transcript look like after graduation?

im trying to understand what a final university transcript actually looks like once you’ve completed your degree, especially in a situation like mine.

Throughout my studies, I’ve had a bit of a mixed academic path:

  • I changed majors partway through my degree so some of the units I completed no longer count toward my final course credit requirements but the current transcript counts them in.
  • A few units were marked as exemptions or credited differently after the change
  • I also have a 2 failed units on my record.

So I’m a bit confused about what the official document looks like once everything is finalised at graduation. Or is it essentially the same transcript, just marked with the completed qualification at the end? Like would my CWA be everything I did?
