I have got recurrrance varicocele 2 years after microsurgery and classical embolization using glue. Months back IR suggested for trans scrotal varicocele embolization which means IR will access the veins through scrotum and block them using glue/foam. In this procedure they do not use catheter/cath lab, entire process is done under ultrasound machine using big needles by accessing scrotum. Currently I'm good.
