Can I do this with Twilio ?

I have developed a custom CRM specifically designed for real estate professionals to effectively manage their leads and business operations.

A significant portion of real estate agents utilize ads wit cta to WhatsApp to expedite the lead-to-response process.

My objective is to implement a feature within the CRM that enables the tracking of each lead who initiates a text message to WhatsApp, including their phone number and relevant information.

Could this functionality be achieved through the use of Twilio as middle man ?

First time buying gear

Just bought a LiveWire Del Mar S2 as my first bike. It’s electric, super chill, and honestly perfect for me since I mostly commute nearby and don’t really touch highways. I also don’t pay for charging because my building has chargers, so the whole EV thing works out pretty well.

I’m in Miami so it’s insanely hot most of the year. Right now I have my helmet and gloves, but I don’t want to completely overkill it with gear for short city rides.

What do you guys recommend I should get next that actually makes sense for this type of riding?

Riding jacket?

Riding shoes?

Armored hoodie?

Anything you wish you bought earlier?

This is the direction I want for my Del Mar S2.

Just picked up a Del Mar S2 in matte black and I’m trying to push it more into this direction aesthetically.

Thinking about:
Wider rear tire setup
Lowering it slightly
Euro tail tidy / integrated rear light
Cleaning up the whole rear wheel area
Smaller bar-end mirrors because the stock mirrors are insanely uncomfortable and I keep hitting them

More murdered-out overall look

I want it to feel less flat-track and more aggressive/sporty without ruining the handling.

Anybody here already done:

wider tire conversions?
suspension lowering?
tail tidy setups?
mirror swaps?

Would love to see builds, wheel/tire specs, parts, or recommendations before I start ordering stuff.

Hey everyone,

I built a custom CRM for realtors using Lovable and I’m trying to set up a flow where anytime a lead messages the realtor on WhatsApp through a Meta ad (Click-to-WhatsApp campaign), that contact gets automatically added to the pipeline.

I’ve gone through the Meta developer portal — created the app, set up the webhook, verified the callback URL, added the messages subscription under WhatsApp. But when a lead comes in, nothing hits my endpoint.

A few things I’m not 100% sure about:
• Whether the webhook needs to be on the WhatsApp Business Account level vs the app level
• If there’s a token/permissions issue I’m missing (using a System User token right now)
• Whether Lovable’s backend can even receive and process incoming webhooks reliably or if I need a middleware layer (thinking n8n or Make)

If anyone has actually gotten this working — Click-to-WhatsApp → webhook → CRM pipeline — I’d really appreciate a breakdown in the comments or a quick call to walk through it. Happy to share what I’ve built so far.
Thanks
