Where to buy refurbished Herman Miller chairs

I'm on the hunt for a high-quality office chair (Herman Miller Aeron, Steelcase Leap, or similar) without paying the "brand new" retail price.
Looking for a reputable shop or liquidator in Warsaw that sells refurbished/used ergonomic chairs.
I know about OLX and Allegro, Offeco-nl but I'm looking for a physical warehouse or a specific company that specializes in this so I can actually sit in it before buying.
Any recommendations for spots that won't break the bank but will save my back?

What are your thoughts about living in Kondratowicza?

I found a flat in Kondratowicza that I can almost afford. It is 300 meters from Metro station. To live or not to live there is the question?
