[Acne] Bumps on forehead that haven't gone away in a year!

Hi everyone! I'm reaching out to see if anyone has had any similar issues and if they could help share tips on what this is/what they did to help them.

I (29F) have always had pretty clear skin with no texture. I first started noticing these bumps on my forehead last summer so just going on a year.

They never come to a head, are somewhat uniform, and never go away! (Same pattern the last year.) I have always used Cereve and have a simple skincare routine but switched to vanicream in an attempt to help with the bumps as I heard it's even more gentle.

I've seen two dermatologists now, the first didn't look at the bumps closely at all and immediately prescribed me with fungal acne. I took the topical anti fungal cream she prescribed for seven weeks and had zero clearing.

I then got a second opinion from another dermatologist who looked at it with a magnifying glass, she told me she didn't think it was fungal at all especially if it didn't respond to the treatment, and prescribed me azelaic acid and AHA wipes. I've only been on this for about a week, there's been no change but I know it's still super early.

I will say that I've been pregnant since October, but the bumps have not gotten better or worse throughout pregnancy. The have stayed consistent and have been there since months before ever getting pregnant so I know it's not hormonal, but can't go on any retinoids till after pregnancy.

I'm just wondering if anyone has gone through anything similar and what they think it looks like to them, any tips would help so much! Feeling so insecure about this. The photos make it look much less noticeable than they are in person.
