Hey folks, I just finished Grade 12 and I’m starting uni this fall. Last year I joined RBC Academy and volunteered through it at my school. I went to a few events and then had a first-round interview where they shortlisted people based on a quick interview and resume.

After that, I got invited to a final round. I was expecting it to be super technical, but it was actually more focused on corporate finance, trading, and investment stuff.

I finally got an offer for Summer 2026 at RBC Capital Markets (QTS Team), accepted it and I’m pretty excited about.

If anyone here is in Capital Markets, what’s the work environment like? Also, how is it starting out as a beginner at a big place like RBC?
