I’m looking to get a bearded dragon

I know that petsmart and other chain stores are the best way to go, but there are few juvenile and hatch lanes that aren’t in the best condition and I’ve really wanted a bearded dragon. I’m wondering what size tank I should get for a baby/juvenile as well as I know most of the care techniques with the gut loading and all of that, but do y’all have any advice to help get me started? and ensure that i can provide them the best life so they aren’t living in a tank that’s too small or overwhelmingly large. They are about 3-6 months based on the size.

my hognose doesn’t want to go back into his enclosure

He try’s to burrow against me so I figure he would like to go back and burrow in his aspen and i recently added some plants and other hides, but he keeps trying to come out, and stays slithering with me without bluffing. Is this normal?

Help me figure out what type of morph i have

I’ve had him for a couple of days he has red eyes and loves to explore when he is taken out, but he does tend to hide a ton and it’s hard to get him to come out hidding. I would also like tips for introducing him to toys and more hidding spots in his enclosure. He’s my first snake so any advice is appreciated.
(edit: his previous owner didn’t handle him much)
