Rob Bresnahan bought up to $15K of Keysight — the stock is up 167% since the same-day filing

Rep. Rob Bresnahan disclosed a BUY of Keysight Technologies on Apr. 8, 2025, valued between $1,001 and $15,000, with the filing marked same day. Bresnahan represents Pennsylvania’s 8th District and serves on committees tied to transportation, agriculture, and small business.

That makes the sector overlap worth noticing, but not overstating: Keysight sells test and measurement technology used across communications, semiconductors, aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial markets. This was a normal-tier ProBors signal, not a high-signal alert.

Since the disclosure anchor date, KEYS is up 167.33%. The ProBors card shows a price of $342.0800 versus a reported trade price of $127.96 per share.

The cleanest part of the filing is the timing

Mike Johnson says Congress deserves sympathy because they’re “not paid enough”... apparently that means we should just tolerate congressional insider trading

Hard to feel bad for members of Congress making $174k/year while some somehow outperform the market.

If lawmakers are trading around policy, committees, and closed-door briefings, the public deserves to see it.

AWS CEO just sold over $3M in $AMZN after exercise filings

This is the kind of insider filing chain most people completely miss.

Matthew S. Garman, CEO of Amazon Web Services, had multiple $AMZN transactions show up:

  • EXER entry: ~14K shares
  • SELL: ~$510K at $263.57
  • SELL: ~$1.62M at $262.85
  • SELL: ~$887K at $261.79
  • EXER entry: ~14K shares

Total selling shown: roughly $3.01M

One of the bigger individual filings:

  • 6,151 shares sold
  • Value: $1,616,762
  • Avg price: $262.85
  • Filed 4 days after the trade
  • Ownership change: -31.52%
  • Shares owned after: 13,365

Current snapshot:

  • $AMZN price: $264.86
  • Since disclosure: +0.77%

Important context: this looks like an exercise + sell sequence, so it is not automatically a “panic sell.” But it is still a major insider transaction from the CEO of AWS, one of Amazon’s most important businesses.

This is why the details matter.

Most people only see “insider sold” days later with no context. The real value is seeing the full chain: exercise, sell size, price, timing, remaining ownership, and whether it is routine or unusual.

That is what Probors tracks in real time.

By the time these filings show up on Reddit or X, the cleanest information edge is usually already gone.

🚨 THIS IS WHAT A REAL BUY-THE-DIP SETUP LOOKS LIKE 🚨

$ZTS has been absolutely nuked.

Downtrend.
Fear everywhere.
Sentiment dead.

And what are insiders doing?

BUYING. AGGRESSIVELY. 👀

In just DAYS, 3 separate insiders stepped in near the lows:

💰 FRANK A DAMELIO — bought $501,343
💰 MICHAEL B MCCALLISTER — bought $233,273
💰 PAUL BISARO — bought $151,750

Total insider buying: $886,366

Not one tiny “confidence buy.”
Not some automatic sell plan.
Actual open-market purchases during weakness.

Even crazier:
all 3 filings were flagged “Worth watching ★8” by ProBors, and there was congressional activity in the same ticker within ~30 days.

This is exactly the kind of stuff most retail traders never even see until the stock already reverses.

The screenshot below shows insider + congressional trades directly on the chart while the stock was getting crushed.

Smart money doesn’t usually buy when charts look pretty.

They buy when nobody wants to touch it.

🚢 Insider buying streak continues in $NMM

• Shares purchased: 1,172
• Price paid: $70.93/share
• Shares owned after buy: 4,723,944
• Filed: Same day
• Signal: Normal ★2

Interesting part: this makes 11 filings in the same ticker within 14 days.

Current card price sits at $71.65, about +1.02% since the trade date.

Insider just dumped nearly 30% of their $ORI position

New SEC filing shows a major insider SELL at Old Republic International ($ORI):

  • Insider: Carolyn Monroe (SVP – Title Insurance)
  • Sold 13,330 shares
  • Total sale value: $516,670
  • Avg sale price: $38.76
  • Ownership change: -29.24%
  • Filed only 2 days after the trade

What stands out:

  • This sale is massively larger than this insider’s normal activity (~$82K typical vs $516K here)
  • 6 insider filings hit this ticker within the last 14 days
  • Signal rating: “Normal ★5”

Current snapshot:

  • $38.80/share
  • Stock is basically flat since the filing (+0.10%)

No panic move yet — which is usually when these filings are most interesting.

Retail traders usually see insider activity after the headlines start spreading. The real advantage is catching the filings as they hit the SEC.

That’s what Probors tracks in real time.

This insider just dropped $233K on $ZTS… before Wall Street even noticed

Most people find insider trades after the stock moves.

This one was filed almost immediately.

New SEC filing shows insider Michael B. McCallister buying:

  • $233,273 worth of $ZTS
  • 3,000 shares @ $77.76
  • Filed only 1 day after the trade
  • Ownership increased +13.94%

Why traders are watching this:

  • Buy size is ~5x larger than this insider’s normal activity
  • Congressional trading activity also appeared in the same ticker recently
  • Signal rating: “Worth watching ★8”

Current snapshot:

  • $76.94/share
  • Stock is basically flat since the filing (-1.05%)

That’s the interesting part.

Usually by the time Reddit sees these, the stock already ran 20–50%.

The real edge is seeing the filings the moment they become public — not days later after social media catches up.

That’s basically what ProBors.com does

Insider just made his biggest $ZTS buy in years… and almost nobody noticed

A new filing shows insider Michael B. McCallister buying shares of Zoetis ($ZTS):

  • $233,273 invested
  • 3,000 shares bought @ $77.76
  • Trade date: May 11, 2026
  • Filed just 1 day later
  • Ownership jumped +13.94%

What makes this interesting:

  • This buy is ~5x larger than this insider’s typical trades
  • Congressional trading activity also appeared in the same ticker within ~30 days
  • Signal rating: “Worth watching ★8”

Current snapshot:

  • Price: $76.94
  • Since disclosure: -1.05%

So despite the large insider buy, the stock hasn’t really moved yet.

That’s usually when these are most interesting — before they start showing up everywhere after a big move.

Most retail traders only see these trades after Twitter, Reddit, and news accounts pick them up days later. The filing itself is where the edge usually is.

We usually post these here with some delay — ProBors.com tracks filings right when they become public.

Senate SELL on $JPM… before a -4.36% drop

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse disclosed a SELL in JPMorgan ($JPM):

  • Trade date: Apr 13, 2026
  • Estimated size: $15K–$50K
  • Sold around: $313.68/share
  • Filed 21 days later

Where it is now:

  • Current snapshot: $300.00
  • Move since trade: -4.36%

Interesting part:

  • This was his first disclosed activity in $JPM
  • Signal rating: “Normal ★2”

Not a massive signal, but another example of how delayed filings can matter. By the time most people see these trades, the move has often already happened.

We usually post these here with some delay — Probors tracks filings as soon as they become public.

$1.9M insider BUY just hit $POOL

Pool Corp insider Manuel Perez de la Mesa bought:

  • $1,900,000 total value
  • Avg price: $190.00
  • Trade date: May 7, 2026
  • Filed just 1 day later

What stands out:

  • Ownership jumped +49.73%
  • Now holds 30,108 shares total
  • Open market purchase (SEC code: P)

Current snapshot:

  • Price: $190.44
  • Since disclosure: +0.23%

No huge move yet, which is what makes this interesting. Large insider buys usually get attention after the move happens — this one is still fresh.

These are the filings worth watching before they start trending everywhere.

We usually post only some of these here with some delay. ProBors tracks filings instantly

I’ve been digging deep into congressional trading data for months, but this time I used a full portfolio snapshot instead of just individual trades.

What I found is… honestly hard to ignore.

The Setup

As of April 2026, Pelosi’s disclosed portfolio sits at:

  • $129.3M total value
  • +25.0% return in the last 30 days alone
  • +17,136% all-time performance (yes, that’s what the data shows)
  • 17 holdings, heavily concentrated

This is not diversified retail behavior. This is extreme concentration into winners.

Her portfolio is basically one giant bet:

  • ~55% in NVDA ($70.7M)
  • Then AVGO, GOOG, MSFT, and others trailing far behind

If NVDA wins → the portfolio wins. And it has.

The Returns (This Is the Crazy Part)

Let’s break down just a few positions:

  • NVDA: +538.5% → $59.6M profit
  • GOOG: +236.3% → $7.0M profit
  • MSFT: +249.0% → $2.99M profit
  • CRWD: +251.7%
  • MU: +439.2%

This isn’t luck across 1–2 trades.

This is systematic exposure to the exact sectors that exploded:
AI, semiconductors, cloud, cybersecurity.

Meanwhile, her losers (DIS, TSLA, CRM) are small relative to winners.

The Pattern

Her portfolio allocation tells the whole story:

  • Dominated by Technology
  • Minor exposure to Industrials, Auto/Tech, Entertainment

But even within “tech,” it’s not random:

Clustered themes:

  • AI infrastructure → NVDA, AVGO, MU
  • Cloud / Big Tech → AMZN, GOOG, MSFT
  • Cybersecurity → CRWD
  • Data / AI edge → TEM (Tempus)

She’s not stock picking.

She’s positioning around macro-level technological shifts.

The Trade Timing

Look at January 14, 2025:

  • NVDA buy
  • GOOGL buy
  • TEM (Tempus AI) buy
  • VST buy

That single cluster ended up being massively profitable.

Even TEM (the smallest position):

  • +65.5% return

And that’s one of the worst performers in the group.

The Tempus Angle (Underrated)

Tempus isn’t even a major holding (~$124K), but:

  • Entered around ~$31
  • Now ~$52
  • +65% gain

This fits the same pattern:
→ early positioning in AI + healthcare data

Not a coincidence.

The Kicker

Even now:

  • She’s still actively trading (latest disclosures: Jan 2026)
  • Portfolio still heavily skewed toward AI winners
  • Still compounding at a ridiculous rate

And here’s the part people miss:

Her edge isn’t frequency. It’s selectivity + size.

She doesn’t trade often.
She just goes big when she does.

What This Suggests

If you strip away the politics and just look at data:

  • Concentration beats diversification (when you’re right)
  • Sector bets > stock picking
  • Timing clusters matter more than constant trading

And most importantly:

Following the themes of her trades is probably more valuable than copying exact positions.

If you want to track this in real time: probors.com

It aggregates disclosures, tracks portfolio changes, and shows position-level performance like this. Getting alerts when filings drop is a completely different game than reacting days later.

  • Filed 6 days after the trade

Where it is now:

  • Price: $0.0621
  • Move since trade: +55.14%

  • Trade size is much larger than this insider’s typical activity
  • “Worth watching ★7” signal

Broadwood Partners has been aggressively accumulating IMDX over the past few days — multiple buys, increasing position size, and early price follow-through.

Breakdown of recent buys:

Apr 23, 2026

  • Value: $982,034
  • Price: $3.50
  • Ownership change: +2.31%
  • Filed: 4 days later
  • Since disclosure: +9.64%

Apr 24, 2026

  • Value: $137,083
  • Price: $3.53
  • Ownership change: +0.31%
  • Filed: 3 days later
  • Since disclosure: +8.91%

Apr 27, 2026

  • Value: $913,133
  • Price: $3.64
  • Ownership change: +2.02%
  • Filed: Same day
  • Since disclosure: +5.52%

Current snapshot:

  • Price: $3.84

What stands out:

  • Repeated buying across multiple days
  • Nearly $2M+ deployed in total
  • Ownership steadily increasing with each filing
  • Consistent positive price reaction after each entry

Context:

  • All trades reported as open market buys (SEC: P)
  • Filing delays are short to same-day
  • Security: Common Stock

Takeaway:
This isn’t a one-off insider buy, it’s a clear accumulation pattern. Broadwood is building a position step-by-step, and so far, price has been trending up after each purchase.

Clustered buying like this tends to matter more than single filings, especially when size and consistency line up.

As always, insider activity is a signal, not a guarantee, not financial advice.
