Has this happened to anyone else? People are so rude when I ask for help and god forbid I ask the pharmacist, they are so mean sometimes!

How much pay did yall start at for a tech? I started at 16.50 (I just started 4 months ago). I heard others are starting at $17 so wanted to ask!! For context, the minimum wage is $15 in my state.
