I recently got into tea and having been into sensory development for a while now, I got curious about tea flavor wheel. I almost understand the reason where all those notes might come from, but stable??
I’ve been practicing latte art for around 5 months now and I was making some serious progress; however, it’s been about a month when all my attempts to texture milk and produce any decent art are failing miserably.
I’m using the same gear and as far as I know applying the same technique.
Has anyone experienced this before? It’s seriously frustrating and confusing because I can’t seem to be able to pin down the reason why this is happening.
Why is the wing faded? It’s been an issue for me recently. When I pour the wing, it wobbles around as if the milk hasn’t been textured properly but then the rest of the pour sees fine. Thoughts?
