Hardwood Floor termites

House is in Florida. Backstory we are in a 35-year-old house with hardwood floors and part of the home about as old as a home. Saw some swarmer about a month ago and started looking into our issues. Had several companies come out to give advice and estimates. Several wanted to do the bait stations around the house, but we ended up wanting to do the trench system along with treating the inside of the house as well and drilling down outside under the slab in several areas. My question is I have seen several opinions on whether we should take up the wood floors first and then address the situation or try to address the situation first with the termites and then take up the wood floors. The company that we are going with is recommending we tear out the wood floors in the area of the problem which would be three large rooms and then they were coming afterwards and treat the slab with termidor and then we can close any cracks, etc. that we find and then they will do the foam inside the house as well as the trench system outside. I have seen several things online about never tear up wood floors before the termite situation is addressed as they will scatter to other areas of the house. These are subterranean termites and the company said there is a chance they could do that but also a chance they will go back into the soil out of the house into the colony while the floors are being taken up. Any thoughts? BTW, we are also planning to do a Dust procedure inside the attic and the walls with timbor along with everything else when house is treated.

Tampa Termite attack decision

So I have a termite problem located near front door entry and a hallway and closet on the other side of the wall. Had 2 inspections this week. Both think it’s a subterranean termite issue with possibly some dry wood termites mixed in under the wood in the foyer, but not sure as it could all be subterranean. The wood floors in this foyer and living room are 30+ years old. First guy wants to put 30 bait stations around the perimeter of the house and inject foam into the wall in this area, where you can see some damage as well as into an area of the wood floors. Second guy is suggesting a trench/poison attack outside while also using the foam/termidor liquid inside the house as well in this area and into the walls as well as into the baseboard and trying to get underneath the slab in this area and outside the house in this area under the slab. Both quotes about 2k. Second guy also said for another $600 they will dust the attic, even though we did not see any damage in that area from Drywood termites. Being in Tampa, we get a ton of summer rain and worried a bit about the trench system with standing water up against house etc., when it rains heavy. Any suggestions on which approach I should take. Another thought I had was to do the trench system and then I buy some decent DIY bait stations myself, and put them around the house as an extra attack. Any advice would be great….
