Is this Scotiabank policy or an individual employee’s decision?

I would like to know if this is standard Scotiabank policy or simply an individual employee’s decision.

A Scotiabank advisor requested that all of my accounts be closed, but I was never given a clear explanation for this decision.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this something a single advisor can initiate, or is it always a decision made by the bank after an internal review?

Have you seen this cucumber type before in Canada?

Lately, I’ve noticed increasing interest in light green lobed cucumbers like GPC-32 for both greenhouse and open field production.

This variety stands out because of:

• Unique light green color and shape

• Strong virus resistance package (TYCV, TSWV, FOR)

• Suitable for greenhouse and open field growing

• Fruit weight ranging from 150–300 g

• Good production during spring and autumn seasons

Many growers say there has been growing demand recently in ethnic markets and specialty vegetable stores across Canada.

Do you know this type?

Have you grown or marketed similar varieties before?

Why do you think demand for these specialty cucumbers is increasing lately in Canada?
