I am Officially 40 days post op today! My Surgery was back on May 21st with Dr. Haruko Okada. For reference for anyone looking at results I’m 5'3" and around 220 lbs.
I decided to go with no nipples because I have a factor 8 deficiency, which meant grafts were way less likely to heal up right anyway. But honestly, I kinda just like it better this way.

Also, the last slide is a before pic for comparison. One side was significantly bigger than the other pre op .

Overall they removed 738g from the right side and 509g from the left.

For reference i weigh around 220 and am 5,3

Just got out of my one week post op appointment and I am just feeling incredibly grateful.getting the drains removed was strange but didnt hurt like i expected ! I am way less bruised than I thought I'd be! Everything looks so clean and amazing.

I'm stuck in ace wrap for 4 weeks but after that I am completely done binding FOREVER! I genuinely can't even describe how incredible that feels to say.

An absolutely massive thank you to Dr. Okada and her amazing team , they have been absolutely incredible through this entire process.
