Myntra is running a scam under the guise of online shopping
Okay, this is a rant. I ordered a dress for my niece's birthday from mynta on june 2, 2026. This product was probably imported from china and i didnt have a problem coz this WAS a chinese style dress for little babies. It is from some YK brand. It was supposed to be delivered on 29th of june. On the 26th of june i started getting a little anxious as the order hadn't been shipped. And after raising tickets and a RESOUNDING call with the customer care executive, *drumroll sounds*. My order was royally cancelled as the seller didnt import the product at all. Then they gave me a sorry coupon and i reordered 2 products for her (still within a window of her nearing birthday), 1 from H&M, which is getting delivered today, and another is still packed in a warehouse. Shipping date was 2nd july, today's the 5th, customer exec says we will deliver it by 8th (estimated delivery date). In 3 days?. WOW! Is myntra in a harry potter universe or something?
And this problem is recurring and constant in myntra. There were so many instances where i had to collect my orders from the delivery warehouse. There was this time when i ordered pants for my spouse for the birthday last year and due to the same above reason i had to cancel the order. Then the same happened this year, product sat in the delivery warehouse for 3 days until i went in there and tackled them, it got delivered the next day. What is myntra doing? If they cant handle business better shut it down.
