Band 4 query
We don’t have supervising officers in Scotland, but I assume that I I have First Aid, C+R instructor, Talk to me (our suicide prevention package), negotiator and MDT I can apply for a nearly any band 4 in England?
Or am I gonna have to transfer and go back in pay to a 3, then reapply for a 4.
