Not allowed to see CCTV before a disclipinary

I have an upcoming disciplinary concerning how I spoke to someone in store. The complaint used the word "aggressive" to describe how I acted. I've already said what I said was unprofessional but don't believe I was aggressive in the manner that is being made out.

I have asked to see the CCTV but have been told by my manager that it is not relevant, they have viewed the CCTV and it is not being used as evidence by them. They have also said that it has been deleted as the incident was over 30 days ago.

Can I complain about this and say it's unfair I can't use it to defend myself?

Investigation meeting - using unverified hearsay to influence against colleague

I had an investigation meeting for a claim of gross misconduct against me about how I spoke to another colleague.

The manager taking the investigation meeting brought up that he had spoken to two other colleagues who I work with but have nothing to do with the alleged incident. He said they had told him that I had spoken to them poorly and unprofessionally before but didnt want to put their name to any official statement for fear of repercussions.

Can I challenge this as unreasonable as it makes out I have a history of speaking to others in a bad manner and damages the impression of my character?

No colleague has ever formally or informally reported me before this incident and I have never been spoken to by a manager for my conduct in this manner.

Correct process for being suspended

Is there a set process for when someone is suspended and should there be a note taker present or can it be just a manager and a colleague in a private room?

Lack of contact whilst suspended and hours filled by another colleague for the forseeable future

I was suspended over a week ago and have not had any contact from my store/case manager since I was handed my letter. Should I have had contact by now? This seems like a long amount of time without hearing anything.

Also, the shifts I am contracted for have been directly covered by another colleague for the next few weeks on UKG Pro. Could this be implied they are looking to dismiss me before I have had an investigation/disciplinary meeting?
