Hello to all the dads out there. I’m a stay-at-home dad, although it wasn’t really by choice. I’ve struggled with my mental health, and lately I’ve been feeling pretty alone in my situation.

I’m wondering if there are other stay-at-home dads out there who can relate and would be interested in connecting. It would be nice to meet someone who understands what it’s like to be a dad, stay at home, and deal with some of these struggles.

Even just having someone to talk to or share experiences with would mean a lot.
