Overhead Press (barbell or dumbbell, seated/standing)

Pull-Ups (or Lat Pulldowns – wide grip)

Bent-Over Rows or Chest-Supported Rows or seated cable row(cable, barbell or dumbbell)

Incline Bench Press (barbell or dumbbell, 30–45°)

Lateral Raises (dumbbell or cable)

Squats (barbell back squat, goblet, or Leg Press)

Core: Hanging Leg Raises or Planks (for waist appearance)

Impulse bought powerbeats pro 2. Any good?

I just picked these up after 30 seconds of research told me they're the best for the gym. Good buy or did I waste my money?
