Looking for volunteers to help out at the Race for Life this Saturday (23/06) @ Herrington Park!

This Saturday it’s the Race for Life (5k, 10k and Pretty Muddy) at Herrington Park, I’m volunteering and I got a message last night saying they’re a bit thin on the ground:
“Good evening all
Thank you for joining the chat.
We are still a little shy on volunteers for this weekend, to allow us to open all the obstacles to full capacity and give the participants the best experience (read that as more volunteers = more mud and water throwing!!)
If you could share with your networks and bring a friend that would be fabulous 😃 and massively appreciated”

Finish: approximately 15:00
Event volunteer roles:
You will be supporting in one of the following areas
on the day:
Enquiries: Welcoming participants, answering
questions and allocating new running numbers.
Start Crew: Assisting with the line up and start of the
event.
Course Marshal: Keeping participants safe and on
route, offering encouragement.
Water Station: Handing out drinks and cheering
runners on.
Finish Crew: Giving medals, snacks, and celebrating
with finishers.
