Will setting myself away for 5 days tank my ranking?

I don't want to have to be 'on' and responding to people during my upcoming 5 day break but I don't want to ruin my 1st place spot (it's ok if I fall a few spots but I don't want to be invisible after).
Will it make a material difference if I set myself completely away vs not accepting from new clients for those days? Or should I just toggle it on and off alternating days or something?

I've already told my regulars and marked the calendar. I will also add it to my profile tagline which I see ppl often do.

Ugh, I just want to unplug and not be punished.

Chair scratched the floor during housesit. Will the guarantee cover and will they kick me off platform for it?

Edit: I didn't drag a heavy piece of furniture all around the apt. I slid a dining chair away from the table to sit in it, as one does.

I’m nearing the end of my week+ housesit and when using a dining chair normally, the floor got scratched.
The chairs have an iron frame and are heavy but it didn’t occur to me that pulling it out and sitting on it and shifting around a little, as one would, would cause damage. I’m also surprised they don’t have furniture pads on the feet.
She didn’t say I couldn’t sit there and it’s the only place to sit besides the couch.

I have the same kind of floors and they’re a bit of the “landlord special”, soft fake wood and damage at little things.

I tried to patch it up, as I have done with my own floors successfully but this apt is immaculate and you still can sort see the marks at certain angles.

The guarantee seems to cover this but it says if the sitter can’t or won’t. Well, I can’t pay for refinishing the floors.
Will they kick me off Rover for it?

5 yrs until forgiveness - am I thinking about this the right way?

Can I get a gut check on whether this plan is the most economical/the “right” choice. With the understanding that laws and taxes can change at any time!

-Current balance $5,800 (IBR Direct consolidated from FFEL in prep for Biden/Save forgiveness that never came)

-current interest rate 2.9%

-current min payment $23, expected to increase to $100 with end of year recertification.

-25 yr Forgiveness expected Jan 2031.

-I live in NY, where there is currently no state penalty.

I was thinking to only continue paying the required $25 minimum for the remainder of the loan period (4.5yrs x $25=$1400), which would leave me with a balance of about $5k at the end. That would be forgiven, leaving me with a tax penalty of somewhere b/t $800-1200.
If I pay the full $100/m moving forward, I’d end up paying about $6k total, with a possible remaining balance still.
I would save up for the penalty in a HYS.

Am I mathing correctly? Is this the wise move?

Multiple moths in house - can't figure out type

Location-NYC

I've been finding multiple moths flying around over the course of the last week. Primarily in the evening in the bathroom and living room. They appear to be at least 2 different kinds, though I haven't examined all of them. Google lens is giving conflicted answers.

Pic A - is this a four spotted yellowneck? Would make sense as I have plants.

Pic B - Casemaking clothes moth? Pantry moth? Something else? I checked all the dry goods and don't see any sign of them. I haven't pulled out all the clothes but don't see any damage to wool as of yet.

Thank you!

I have a regular walk that has asked me for upcoming housesitting. My published rate only accounts for overnight + 1 midday and she needs more than that so I just want to adjust the base price.

When I go to create the booking (rebook button), there’s no price, just date, time and “send request” button.

Will I be able to immediately adjust the price once I click that or does the owner need to accept and then I do it?
