I Thrifted a jacket only to realize a year later whoever owned it before had the same name as me

So I was in a summer program for school in another state (only there for 2 months). One day my classmates and I went thrifting in the town over. I chose two things. One a cool ass REI jacket from probably the 90’s (can’t find it anywhere online) as well as a vintage 90’s Nike huge shirt (imagine the teal and purple paper cup aesthetic).

A year later or so I looked at the tag. Whoever owned this jacket before has the same name as me… but switched. I’m a female (and I’m not giving my full name on here but I’ll give you an example).

I have a weird name mind you - say my name is Smith Henderson. The jacket has initials written in the tag saying H. Smith.

I don’t know why but I chose this jacket out of thousands of pieces and have always been in love with it. I just feel it is a sign in some way. I don’t know what way but it’s like okay, I was meant to be in that place at that time on that day and choose THIS jacket. I always wonder who H. smith is and when he bought this vintage jacket (lol I’m also from the 90’s so feels weird to say that).

But that’s my strange story! Maybe not so strange but it just gives me the good weird feels :)

Edit: Even weirder, the cool ass Nike shirt… also same name on the inside side tag!!! So the two items I chose were from the same person! totally different racks/areas too… I need to meet this person one day!

I was told I need tertiary care but that I’m also fine?

So I have 40% stenosis in my internal carotid artery (seen in regular MRI scan I do every few years to check my syrinx - born with syringomyelia in T spine). My PT for another back issue from a car crash 6 years ago - I have 6 herniated discs and a couple budging discs spread out along each spinal level. He has been helping me with sciatic and muscle pain. I gave him my MRI notes and he noticed the stenosis in the results and asked me to go to PCP or another doctor (forgetting the name) to get an ultrasound of the area to make sure all is kosher.

My PCP is an hour away (literally only PCP who takes my health insurance) so I scheduled a vascular surgeon visit - I literally searched “internal carotid ultrasound” on zocdoc (probably should have called first looking back). Scheduled the appointment and went in, turns out he is mostly a varicose vein doctor? O well maybe he can help I thought. I talk to his staff multiple times and then he comes in the room.

I shit you not, the first words out of his mouth is “Do you trust doctors?”. I was immediately like “wtf?”

He doesn’t introduce himself until he starts talking about his accolades like “I am on a board of surgeons and have been for 30 years, I have medical journals blah blah blah”

I’m blown aback, like why tf do I care? Then he tells me I’m trying to be my own doctor and I need tertiary care. I go woah? I’m fine, other than back pain which I manage with PT. I told him this was just a check since my PT asked me to. He rolled his eyes and said “Well, you know PT’s aren’t real doctors”. To which I was stunned again, never heard a doc talk badly about another profession like that. I asked him if he would do the ultrasound or if I was fine, he said I’m totally fine and I almost started to feel like he thought I made up all of my stuff even though I gave him the MRI reports.

I left tearing up from his rudeness, got a refund (to which they ended up charging me again lol).

Am I in the wrong for thinking this guy is the worst?? Should I report him? Why did he seem to want me to go to his “buddies” at the hospital near by for tertiary care??

I’m 28 female by the way if that helps! I am not asking for medical advice.
