Type of Exercise for Adrenal PCOS

What are the most effective exercises for weight loss with adrenal pcos? I had lean pcos for a long time but gained 15 pounds last year and can’t seem to get it off. My cortisol is also very high. Anyone else with adrenal pcos have specific kinds of exercise that worked best?

Weight Loss/Ovulation/Libido- Advice?

Hello.

I am 35. Diagnosed with PCOS in 2015. Weight was relatively stable for about 10 years, then I put on ~20 lbs fairly rapidly over the last year almost within 3 months by last August. Now I’m working out 5-6 days a week and doing intermittent fasting and haven’t lost anything, feels like I’m fighting my body. I also have been struggling with having any libido for the last 2-3 years.

I stopped birth control 7 months ago- the same time as a bilateral salpingectomy. Irregular ovulation since then was expected, but going on 2 months now without a period at all is new. Elevated androgens, but LH/FSH normal, thyroid normal, insulin normal on bloodwork, though I am on metformin.

I was on 100mg spironolactone and took inositol for a while. In June I dropped spiro to 50mg to help with libido (it was tanking my sex drive) and stopped inositol around the same time since my gyno said it might not do much on top of the metformin. Since then: no period at all, worse bloating, cramps, migraines, irritability, and breakouts came back hard.

I’m on metformin 1500mg, and staying on my current SSRI is non-negotiable if that comes up in suggestions. Restarting plain myo-inositol now and messaging my gyno before my follow-up, but wondering if anyone’s dealt with a similar spiro dose vs libido tradeoff and found something that worked for both.

Also curious if anyone else had a stable stretch with PCOS then a sudden weight jump like this, what ended up helping, if anything, before the underlying hormone stuff got sorted out. Really having a huge effect on my mental health with the weight and also my relationship. Any advice or suggestions welcome.

Lawyer Selection Opinions Tedesco or Paiano

I’ve currently collecting documents and will be filing for JS dual citizenship from the US alongside my mother. I am plying through my GGF / my mothers GF who passed citizenship to my GF as a minor before naturalizing, as determined in the overturn of the minor issue. I am still 3rd generation but am applying together with my mother who is 2nd generation. I have bet with a number of firms/lawyers including the following:

- Aprigliano

-PortaleItaly

-Luigi Paiano

-Mario Tedesco

-FTIC

-ICA

While Aprigliano seemed promising they are almost too confident and very expensive. I’ve since connected with Paiano and Tedesco via the recommendation of a family friend consultant who helps with documentation collection and filing of more straightforward cases.

Tedesco has been extremely responsive and helpful and both are relatively comparable in price. I am leaning towards Tedesco because of how proactive they have been, actually reaching out directly to tell me the news of the minor issue change despite not yet retaining them. Has anyone had experience with either of them recently on this type of citizenship filing?

Thank you!
