A few weeks ago I posted here about Attendify, a small app I built to make checking attendance less annoying.

Since then I've added a bunch of new features and made quite a few changes based on the feedback from the original post.

It now has:

- dark mode

- day-wise present/absent calendar

- timetable

- Attendance calculator

- Share Attendance feature

- a few other smaller quality-of-life features

I've also had a couple hundred people use it now, which is honestly way more than I expected when I started building it.

If you've used it already, I'd genuinely appreciate any feedback, bugs or suggestions.

Got tired of switching between two places just to figure out my attendance — the app shows the percentage but not which days I was actually marked absent, and getting that meant logging into the website separately every time.

So I built Attendify over the past week or so. Shows your live attendance %, a day-wise calendar of exactly when you were marked present/absent/medical/duty, and a "bunk margin" thing that tells you how many classes you can actually skip (or need to attend) before it matters.

Uses your existing Chalkpad login, nothing's stored on any server, works on Android (APK) and iOS (Safari PWA, no App Store needed).

Not trying to replace anything, just built it for myself and figured a few people here might find it useful too. Happy to take feedback/bug reports if you run into anything weird.

One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I had accidentally made a full app.

So I figured why not share it with other gamers who often miss giveaways. Sometimes absolute banger games drop for free and I'd rather not find out about them three days after the giveaway ended. I've personally claimed hundreds of dollars worth of games over the years just from keeping an eye on giveaways and now this app gives you an easy way.

The app is also fully open source, so if you don't trust random APKs from the internet, you can check the code yourself.
