How many of you guys have had strictures in the shaft & whats your procedures that youve had & results? Was reading that optilume can be more dangerous in the shaft

Ive had PE from hypersensitivity & stinging sensation during urination, pain after ejaculation for quite some time. Issue began years ago after there was blood in urine after rough sex. Urologist wants to do a cystoscope instead of beginning with contrast imaging. Has anyone had similar symptoms with stricture or could this be something else? Thanks guys this is my first day finding this forum
