I need to vent and maybe get some advice because this is absolute nonsense.

Here'swhat happened:

1. I got a 1-day ban for "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" because I had a few bad games in a row. I was at the bottom of the scoreboard, my aim was off, but I NEVER griefed, never insulted anyone, gave info, played positions, and tried my best.
2. My teammates were tilted and mass-reported me. They insulted me and my family, but I ignored it because I didn't want to make things worse. I reported THEM for toxicity.
3. Ban expired after 1 day.
4. I didn't play a SINGLE game after that.
5. Guess what? I got hit with ANOTHER ban — this time for 1 WEEK.

How is this fair? I didn't even play between the bans! The system clearly flagged me for the SAME games or decided to stack punishments with a delay.

I know FACEIT has "Ban Levels" where repeat offenses escalate: Lvl 1 = 1 Week, Lvl 2 = 1 Month, Lvl 3 = 1 Year. But if it's for the same incident, why does it keep stacking?

Honestly, it feels like FACEIT has completely lost its way. Instead of banning toxic players who insult others and ruin the experience for everyone, they prefer to punish normal players who just had a few bad games. This platform is supposed to be about fair and competitive play, but right now it feels like the system is protecting the wrong people.

I've been playing on this platform for years and never insulted anyone. I even have the demos to prove I was communicating and playing properly, just having bad games. Meanwhile, the people who actually flamed me and my family are probably still playing like nothing happened.

Anyone else had this happen? Getting banned again right after the previous one expired even though you didn't play?

And before someonesays "just open a ticket" — I know FACEIT support takes forever and bans are rarely overturned. But come on, this system needs to be looked at.

I was banned for "Unsportsmanlike Conduct / Toxic Behavior" on FACEIT, but I have video evidence that proves I did NOT violate any rules.

What happened:
- I was kicked from a match for no reason by a toxic player
- That player insulted me and my teammates first
- I did NOT respond with insults, griefing, or any toxic behavior
- After the match, I reported the player for harassment
- The player (or his friends) likely mass-reported me in return
- Result: I got banned, not him

The problem:
I created a support ticket with video evidence proving my innocence. FACEIT support keeps CLOSING my tickets automatically without any human review. I can't even get a response.

A HUMAN from FACEIT support to actually review my video evidence. The automated system is failing here.

Сan someone please take a look? I'm not asking for special treatment, just a fair review of clear evidence.


Has anyone else had their tickets auto-closed like this? Any advice?
