I got an offer from my DM for $23.90. However I already make $22.13 as SR Pharmacy Technician and am also an Immunizer so I get PM's for every vaccine I do. And I do a good bit of vaccines every week. I was expecting a lot more, especially since I already know the previous room was making $27.13/hr when she left. She left to take RXOM at another store who is struggling and got another raise out of the deal. I'm struggling to accept the offer because it doesn't feel like an adequate increase given all the additional responsibilities that will be piled on me. Does anyone know if their offer is normal or am I being low balled here? I really feel like I am...
