I have a question, if I want to make a game about books, can I make a game that has fictional books that have written on the front cover "Game of Scones" or "Henry Potter" with similar lettering, basically using real IPs as a reference, people will know it's a reference to the real thing, but there is nothing else referencing them, just a book and a cover with a different design mas some hints here and there from the references, but its not a copy.

Can I do that ?

What if I want to make a game called Orkraft and you control a green ork in a place called Dorutan instead of Durotan?

Basically I'm playing with words here, they sound similar but are written differently.
I'm making it sound like the copyrighted one on purpose.

What is the limit here?

Can I make a box in a video game, as a game book item called "Game of Scones", with the same lettering as Game of Thrones, but different cover art, like a Scone with a crown or something. People will of course know that I'm referencing the books, but is it possible?

It's like, in World of Warcraft there is a character called "Harrison Jones", which is basically Harrison Ford and Indiana Jones. It is in the game, so that is possible, plus they have a lot of money in case there is legal trouble. Same with Paris Hilton, there is an NPC of a blonde girl called Haris Pilton.

Can I have a in game box called "Duty Calls" with soldiers? People will know I'm referencing "Call of Duty" but in a different way.

What are the limits for this?

A minha avó partiu o ano passado e deixou o seu apartamento para as suas filhas, a minha mãe e a minha tia, e ambas decidiram doar o apartamento para mim e para os meus 2 irmãos.

Vou ter que pagar um imposto selo de 92,84€, mas recebi duas cartas idênticas, com o mesmo texto, o mesmo valor a pagar. Os únicos números diferentes entre as duas cartas são a "Referência de pagamento".

Ou seja, 2 cartas idênticas, exceto a parte do pagamento. Mas os valores são iguais, etc.

Isto está correto?

Alguém me consegue explicar?

Eu sei que o país está à venda, e pelo que vejo, não se constrói para a classe média... Mas isto chega a ser ridículo porque são imensos anúncios. E depois é sempre o mesmo tipo de vídeo, um agente a caminhar para a câmera enquanto a câmera se afasta dele/dela.

Alguém me explica?
