I just moved into a new apartment. I was looking for months and when finally this one opened up in the area I wanted I went there. The apartment looks decent, but the bathroom was trash. Out of desperation I closed the deal thinking that with a heavy duty disinfectant and some work I could fix this shower but, no matter how much I scrub, the mold is still there. I cannot get rid of it and it seems that it already stained the shower.

When I signed the owner said that he didn’t want to spend any money on repairs and that I should be aware of that, but this seems to be something I can’t fix. What should I do? What can I ask the owner to do? Replace the shower?
