KA100 fuel question for southern california
I want to come back to karting with my KA100 and had a fuel question for people running in SoCal.
The KA100 manual recommends 98 OCT fuel mixed with 5% oil, but here in Southern California the highest pump gas I can normally find is 91 octane. What are most of you running?
Also, almost all pump gas here contains up to 10% ethanol (E10). Is that a problem for the KA100, or is it generally fine as long as the fuel is fresh?
