New Credit Card Machines

We were supposed to transition to the new Credit Card company Fiserv with new machines today, but we never got our machines. We also never got any notice this was happening, what to do, or any instructions or information. Don’t you have to set up an account with a new credit card vendor before you change over so your charges go into your bank account?? ffs, Corporate is so unorganized and unprofessional. No one seems to know anything. Frustration level 10.

Again…Amazon can’t afford to compensate us properly…

The UPS Store is basically Amazon Customer Service, yet they refuse to compensate us properly. We continue to get disrespected and not compensated by a company that has no problem doing so. The 4th richest person in the world, yet he’s okay knowing his company takes advantage of us.

Pirate Ship

We’ve started getting lots of Pirate Ship drop-offs lately! It pisses me off UPS gives them better rates than us. UPS, our business partner. What a joke! I always put the nickel sticker over the Pirate Ship logo

Amazon can’t afford to compensate us properly

Perfect example of what’s wrong with the whole UPS Store and Amazon relationship. Amazon’s market valuation is in the trillions of dollars, our boy Jeff is unloading $4 billion of stock for some more pocket money, yet Amazon won’t compensate The UPS Stores properly for handling their returns, and all the customer service problems and abuse we take for them. Yet still UPS Corporate won’t fight for us, and they just accept whatever reduction Amazon decrees without a fight. Corporate doesn’t have our back, and Amazon has no respect for our organization.

RFID Scanner not scanning

Everything is plugged in. Scanner shows green light. No scanning happening. Tried unplugging and plugging back in. Any ideas??
