How to transport two paddleboards on a roof rack?

Hi! I am going on a cross province road trip, and I bought an inflatable roof rack meant for paddleboards as I am bringing mine.

It just came to my attention that for highway speeds I should get bow and Stern straps. I am transporting two paddleboards, and I will be driving a hyundai accent hatchback.

I've been struggling to find any videos or tutorials for how to secure multiple paddleboards using bow and stern straps. If anyone could help it would be appreciated!!!

Living with rare chronic ear problems

Well, like the title says I have been living with rare chronic ear problems. Chronic eustachian tube dysfunction to be exact.

When most people hear this they think of something that can be easily solved, but not in my case. I was malpracticed as a child, and due to that my eardrums are basically collapsed, I have been losing my hearing, and I experience extreme levels of pain daily.

I have seen basically every ENT in my province, and I've only been met with all of them saying I have the most messed up ears they've ever seen and they've never seen someone that's experiencing what I have. I've spent multiple thousands of dollars on surgeries to try to correct it but they always fail/ make it worse. My last shot is to get an eardrum transplant which I'm not getting my hopes up over, as I don't think I'll be able to afford it if it isn't covered.

It is so tiring living like this. Although I am used to it in a way, it's still catches me off guard and affects my daily life when I get my bouts of extreme pain. Noticing that I'm losing my hearing is terrifying. I've tried to find other people that are experiencing what I have but so far I've had absolutely no luck.

Nobody ever takes me seriously either, because saying my ears hurt sounds like an excuse, and just because I'm losing my hearing people think that they have to yell and scream at me and then assume I'm lying when I tell them they don't have to do that for me to hear them (literally most the time people just have to slightly raise their voice and I'm ok to hear).

I'm not too sure what I'm trying to accomplish with this post, but it's something that's constantly on my mind that I don't think I'll ever get over.
