While I understand the job market sucking globally and people being anxious about getting a job I think we need to focus on this being an active employee sub and not a potential employee sub. Daily, it’s the same posts, same responses, with people resembling a shift at the set up table who like those customers don’t bother to read or take any time to figure out what they’re looking for. This sub has great potential, has grown quite large and allows employees to connect in a way that’s probably not liked. End the “when will i hear back/ give me tips” posts pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
